VAXA has published its first sustainability report for 2021
VAXA’s sustainability report covers all our counted GHG emissions, our green energy water usage and the carbon offsetting. The report also covers VAXA’s employees, community engagements and sustainable financing.
“Vertical farming enables us to optimize the use of valuable land and water, powered by Icelandic energy that derives from clean, renewable sources. Our products are never treated with pesticides so they can be consumed straight from the box, with no need to rinse them. We continuously work on making each aspect of our operation as sustainable as possible and in many ways, our production method and business model contributes to a more sustainable agriculture and supports the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) set up by the United Nations. The following report includes VAXA’s reports in sustainability in 2021.”
